(Fond du Lac, WI 20 July 1998) -- ATI Networks has completed SEC registration in preparation for public trading of its Class A Common Stock. As a result of this filing, ATI Networks is now a fully reporting public company. ATI Networks is the former Waterford, Inc., which recently acquired 100% of ATI, Inc. The merger of the two companies was the first of many acquisitions of related Internet service and Internet software companies that are planned by the company.

ATI Networks is an Internet technology company that develops and markets leading edge software applications and communications systems.
