ATI NETWORKS SELLS NAVQUEST to JETDISC.COM

ATI Networks Inc. (OTC: ATIW) today announced the sale of NavQuest, its award winning mapping and routing application to JetDisc.com, Inc. NavQuest was developed by ATI, a software development company that was acquired by ATI Networks in 1998. NavQuest, which was selected by Automotive Engineering Magazine as one of the Top Fifty Products of 1995, will be included free on future versions of the new JetDisc CDROM, a web enabled, interactive CDROM.
