ATI Networks files with NASD for clearance to trade

(Fond du Lac, WI 3 August 1998) -- ATI Networks, Inc. has filed with the NASD for clearance to trade its Class A Common Stock. The former Waterford International, ATI Networks purchased the assets of ATI, Inc., which was a privately owned, software technology development company. Clearance to trade publicly will make shares in the new ATI Networks available to hundreds of potential new investors who have been following the company's prior developments.

ATI Networks is an Internet technology company that develops and markets leading edge software applications and communications systems.
