ATI NETWORKS REACHES AGREEMENT WITH

INTERNET MARKETING CONSORTIUM


Madison, WI, February 24, 2000 - ATI Networks announced today that it has reached an agreement for the Internet Marketing Consortium(IMC) to provide the company with a $10 million media investment. IMC represents 90 websites and 60 magazines in which it offers banner ads and other digital advertising. Member websites in the IMC include PlanetCity.com, FutureIdeas.com, and Millionaire.com. Magazine members include American Women, Financial World, Outposts, Women’s Fitness, and Cable Guide.

"Management believes the agreement with IMC will assist ATI Networks in building its website brands," stated ATI Networks Chairman Larry Bestor. "This is one of many marketing partnerships we are hoping to forge that we believe will benefit our websites in 2000. These partnerships are being forged with the objective of building high traffic volumes to the company’s websites."

Other marketing plans of the company include the advertising and promotion of the company’s brands on the JetDisc, a Web-enabled, interactive CDROM that will be distributed free of charge to airline travelers.
