ATI NETWORKS ANNOUNCES PLANS for
MULTI-MEDIA ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN

Madison, WI, August 17, 2000 - ATI Networks (OTC symbol - ATIW) announced today that it is commencing a major multi-media advertising campaign to expand public awareness of its YouthNetworks.com and TallyVotes.com brands.
"Our multimedia advertising campaign will feature ads on radio, television, and high traffic internet websites. The campaign’s focus will be to expand brand awareness of the company’s leading websites, as well as Logitrak, its pioneering wireless Internet technology," stated ATI Networks’ Chairman Larry Bestor.
