ATI's CEO Goes Public on BIZNESS SOUP and Talk America Radio

Temecula, CA, January 7, 1999 - What do you get when mix the CEO of an emerging high-tech giant with an affable financial radio talk show host and a few million attentive listeners?

Bizness Soup.

Larry Bestor, president and CEO of ATI Networks, Inc. will be a regularly featured guest in 1999 on Bizness Soup, a nationally syndicated radio program that profiles publicly traded companies, according to John W. DeBevoise, program host and founder. As co-founder of ATI, Bestor will bring listeners insights to one of the world's fastest growing markets: GPS (global positioning satellite) software and internet technologies.

"Larry Bestor has helped develop the technology that combines digital mapping with satellite and cellular wireless communications technology over the Internet," says DeBevoise. "This technology is used to track and locate vehicles, pinpoint the origin of wireless calls and much more. It should make for some great programs, and provide valuable information to our listeners."

In 1995, ATI'S NavQuest for Windows was selected by Automotive Engineering Magazine readers as one of the Top 50 Products of the year. In 1996, ATI introduced LogiTrak and became the first company in the world to enable wireless communications and tracking of a wireless device over the Internet.

"The world is undergoing massive changes in global communications," says Bestor. "With the new satellite systems, we will soon have the platform for seamless communications of wireless devices from anywhere in the world. The possibilities for new products and new industries are phenomenal."

Bestor will appear on Bizness Soup in featured weekly broadcasts to discuss the effects that GPS and other technologies will have on business and lifestyles in the near future. With the proliferation of wireless communications and emerging products such as personal digital assistants and others, the information should be highly informational for investors and interested listeners alike, according to DeBevoise.

"Our recipe for Bizness Soup is to put together the ingredients for highly informational and entertaining talk radio," says DeBevoise. "Larry Bestor and ATI are positioned for amazing growth in an industry that affects a huge segment of society. We are very excited about the possibilities."
